-Jiangsu Moton Auto Parts Co., Ltd has advanced equipment and testing machines to ensure the products are in high quality. We adopt DV test machine to test the products, and use balancing equipment, rotor/stator varnishing machines, ultrasonic cleaning machine, high temperature endurance tester, rotor/stator performance tester etc.

Remanufacture Specifications

Brand New and Remanufactured
Our technology is from advanced remanufacture, also our customer can supply some new and advance standard.
Our aim is to refine component so as to achieve their highest quality, which in turn leads to their long and failure-free lifespan.
 

Alternator:

  • C.E&D.E housing is cleaned, shot blasting, checked with preservatives, new replaced if product defect;
  • Threads in brackets are corrected, repair threads if needed;
  • Ball bearing, cleaned, checked; (80% of bearing need new replaced.)
  • Stators are tested, replaced if short-circuited;
  • Rotor is cleaned, tested and rust-protected, replaced if short-circuited. Slip rings are turned and cut to the rated diameter; (70% of slip rings need new replaced.)
  • Voltage regulator is cleaned, tested; brushes, springs or a complete part is replaced if needed;
  • Rectifier tested, single diodes or a complete part is replaced if needed;
  • End cover, cleaned, new replaced if needed.
  • Assembly, test by DV98 or PSH CV204 tester.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Starter:

  • C.E&D.E housing is cleaned, shot blasting, checked with preservatives, new replaced if product defect;
  • Threads in brackets are corrected, repair threads if needed;
  • Ball bearing, (needle bearing) cleaned, checked; (80% of bearing need new replaced.) IF BRUSHES, 100% NEW REPLACE.
  • Field coil(yoke) are tested, replaced if short-circuited; if magnetic tile is broke, new replaced; in the casing surface playing sand, polishing, spray treatment, or painting;
  • Armature is cleaned, tested and rust-protected, replaced if short-circuited. Commutator are turned and cut to the rated diameter;
  • Brush holder is cleaned, tested; brushes, springs or a complete part is replaced if needed; (springs, 100% replaced, brushes, positive 90% replaced, negative 60% replaced, if lower than rated diameter 100% new replaced. )
  • Solenoid is tested, cover surface playing sand, polishing, spray treatment, or painting; or new replaced. Spings 100% new replaced;
  • Drive, cleaned, cover 100% new replaced, check the pathway if smoothly, repairing; ball 100% new replaced; gear, repairing or new replaced; ring gear, cleaned, or new replaced; brush, 100% new replaced;
  • Others component will be cleaned and checked, if below standard, 100% new replaced.
  • End cover, cleaned, spray treatment, or painting, new replaced if needed.
  • Assembly, test by ST16.
